Many of our top transportation professionals find themselves as a member of our customer service group (Regional Managers), the account management team that ensures successful execution of customer supply chain strategies throughout the shipping process. Using modern call management, Internet tools, and our Enterprise Information System, our Regional Managers focus on communicating customer expectations, monitoring the status of shipments, and maximizing utilization of our asset equipment.
Typically, Customer Service positions are available in Iowa City IA (corporate offices), Atlanta GA, Columbus OH, Chester VA, Carlisle PA, Olive Branch MS, Kingsport TN, or Jacksonville FL.
